We are looking po for a 1 new housemate to occupy a common room (single occupant only). Can move in by 16th April 2024. We are all pinoy professionals renting the whole flat and just renewed the lease.

- Around 5-7mins walk from Bukit Gombak MRT. Bus stops nearby can reach directly : Bukit Batok MRT, Bukit Panjang MRT, IMM, IBP, One North, Vivo City
- Guest allowed, just inform the housemates ahead.
- Light cooking allowed
- Pets not allowed by flat owner
- Monthly rental is $990. One month deposit and advance payment needed before move-in.
- Monthly PUB and internet to be divided equally among housemates (around $80-$100+)
