- Toilet & Bath (Shared with 1 other Filipina housemate)

- Rental fee doesn't include PUB and Shared Wifi. This is shared equally among people in household.
- AC usage scheduled (can be discussed later on)
- Can cook and do laundry (Washer and Separate Dryer available)
- Prefer Filipina professional
- Move-in date: Feb 1, 2025 (We're renewing our contract for another 2 years)
