- Full use of kitchen, and kitchen utensils to cook. Ample space in the fridge (only two people sharimg sa fridge)

- Rental fee doesn't include PUB. This is shared equally among people in household.
- Can cook and do laundry.
- Room has AC (usage can be discussed)
