Room: AC common room with single bed, mattress and wardrobe.

Rental Fee Details :
* 510sgd per month +PUB&Wifi (equally shared with an estimate of 50sgd per month)
* 1 month advance+2 months deposit (for 2yr contract renewal)

Availability: March 21, 2026

Other Details:
* All Filipino professional tenants.
* Visitors are allowed just inform the housemates ahead of time. Family visitors from PH are also welcome just inform the landlord and housemates.
* No weird rules, just maintain cleanliness (CLAYGO).
* Can do laundry with schedule since we are going to be total of 6.
* Can cook
* AC quarterly cleaning.

* We preferred  a long-term stay (SPass or EPass) so we can register to HDB.
* No landlord staying.
